\u00c0 l\u2019approche de la p\u00e9riode des RE\u00c9R, on peut certainement se poser la question\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Vaut-il mieux investir dans un C\u00c9LI ou continuer de faire cro\u00eetre son RE\u00c9R ?\u00a0\u00bb La r\u00e9ponse n\u2019est pas simple. Si votre taux d\u2019imposition marginal \u00e0 la retraite \u00e9tait moins \u00e9lev\u00e9 que lorsque vous travaillez, le RE\u00c9R est \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier pour la retraite et vice versa. Voici un tableau comparatif des deux v\u00e9hicules de placements.<\/div>\n

L\u2019important \u00e0 retenir : les retraits du RE\u00c9R, \u00e0 votre retraite, s\u2019ajoutent au montant qui sert \u00e0 calculer la pension de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la vieillesse et le suppl\u00e9ment de revenus garantis, ceux du C\u00c9LI, NON. En d\u2019autres mots, il est avantageux de bien planifier l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre ses RE\u00c9R et son C\u00c9LI pour \u00e9viter d\u2019\u00eatre p\u00e9nalis\u00e9 \u00e0 la retraite. Le plafond de revenus avant de voir sa PSV diminu\u00e9e est de 75 910$ pour 2018.<\/p>\n

\nSi vous n\u2019avez jamais cotis\u00e9 \u00e0 un C\u00c9LI, pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e fiscale 2017, vous avez droit \u00e0 52 000$. En 2018, ce sera 57 500$.<\/p>\n
